Payments are processed by Shopify. Methods of payment accepted are PayPal, debit card, credit card and Sezzle.

Returns or Order Issues

We generally do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is damaged upon receipt or we sent the wrong item. If you receive an item that has been damaged upon receipt or received the wrong item, please contact us at theindiecollectiveco@gmail.com with order number, details and photos. If you have any other issues with your order, you may also email us.

Order Cancellation

The Indie Collective LLC reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. If an order is cancelled a refund will be immediately issued. Customers may request an order to be canceled within 24 hours of their purchase before the item has shipped. 


All our orders are shipped through USPS. (We may use other shipping methods if necessary.) Shipping time is dependent on method of shipping and destination. When we print your shipping label, you will be sent an email notification and tracking number if applicable.
